Hotel Mirabell

History of the Building Project

The hotel complex consists of two historic buildings dating from 1852 and 1853. The especially beautiful facade of the south building is a protected historic monument, as is the vaulted stairwell with pilasters. Part of the ensemble will be preserved, whilst old and new elements, hand in hand, will lead to a promising future.

What is planned?

It is planned to renovate the listed building stock and to add a new building. An investor is currently being sought.

Current Project Status

After an interruption of over one year, the demolition work, with the exception of the historically listed features, is concluded.
