ARTvent in Bad Gastein
Advent in Gastein is a peaceful and contemplative time. A time to unwind and recharge. A time to experience old customs and traditions and enjoy a variety of festive Advent events.
In Bad Gastein, under the motto “ARTvent,”“Art for All the Senses”is given space and time—both in the ARTvent calendar and at the ARTvent market in the town center.

Every day, a different artfully decorated window can be admired at various businesses in Bad Gastein. In addition, each business sets aside a time slot for locals and visitors to gather and socialize over punch, cookies, and more. Coming together during Advent and sharing in the joy of beauty is meant to make the time leading up to Christmas Eve truly special.

Art for All the Senses —under this motto, the ARTvent Market in Bad Gastein will be open for two weekends: admire works of art, try your hand at crafts , sample sophisticated drinks and creative dishes , listen to atmospheric music, and soak up the unique atmosphere. At Kongressplatz, a varied program awaits ARTvent enthusiasts of all ages.
