Bad Hofgastein


OUR ALMs SPECIALITIES:

The Riedl Alm in Bad Hofgastein is being revitalised. Our rustic alpine hut is located at 1395 metres above sea level and can be reached via 2 routes: Route 1 in approx. 2.5 hours: from Bad Hofgastein railway station- Güterweg Breitenberg past the Hubertuskappelle- Forstweg Wiedneralm. Route 2 in approx. 60 min: from the Brandebengut car park, a leisurely hike through wooded areas and is therefore highly recommended in both hot and bad weather. Enjoy the products from our own farm with a marvellous view of the Gastein Valley. A playground and a small petting zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, dwarf goat Wolfi, pony and black-nosed sheep Maximilian and Sophinchen await our younger guests. Enjoy a few hours to recharge your batteries at the Riedl Alm and let us spoil you with culinary delights.

KIDS-ALM: The Alm is especially suitable for children (e.g. wooden play equipment, petting zoo, themed or adventure hiking trails etc.)
KIDSBUGGY-ALM: The Alm is easily reached with a kid's buggy via a forest path.
