Our house is situated very quiet (cul-de-sac) at the sunnier side of our beautiful valley. But it is only a few steps from the center (5 minutes). You can reach the ski-bus station in less then a minute. We provide free WLAN and cable -TV with mountain panorama and weather forecast in all the rooms.
Every room/ and apartment has a balcony (south /west) with a beautiful view to the schlossalm mountains.
There is also a parking space with a fence around in front of our house. We have a place to put on your skies and boots.

The prices include all the taxes. (local tax € 2,40, final cleaning)
The payment is with cash. If desired you can give an account.
A late check out is possible if it is agreed. (except in the main season)
Check-in at 02.30 p.m. or earlier if agreed!! Check out at 10.00 a.m. or later with an agreement. In our house you can pay cash at your arrival or at the departure. It is possible to transfer money in before.
