Yoga & Ice bathing Bad Gastein

A special mix of yoga, breathing exercises, and ice bathing amidst the breathtaking winter landscape of Sportgastein!
An adventure for all who love nature, want to recharge their energy, and push their limits.
The workshop is led by Daniela Bily and begins with an activating yoga session that ignites the inner fire. Flowing movements and conscious breathing exercises get the circulation going, provide focus, and perfectly prepare participants for the upcoming ice bathing experience.
Step by step, the group will then dive together into the icy water, surrounded by the stunning backdrop of the Hohe Tauern National Park in Sportgastein.
Around the fire bowls, with a hot cup of tea and a rush of happiness, this special experience will then culminate in relaxation.
Everyone who is an ice bathing enthusiast, for whom a winter without ice bathing is hard to imagine, as well as all those who want to try ice bathing for the first time, are invited.
Suitable for all yoga levels.
