As the lights of the day fade, Bad Hofgastein opens its book of history – and Maria Kanzler invites you to a torchlit stroll through past and present. From the town center, the path leads through the spa gardens to the church in the historic old town. In the glow of the torches, stories come to life – about the mining heritage and the healing thermal waters, about formative events and the old buildings that still bear witness to the town’s rich history. The evening comes to a charming close with a hot drink at the restaurant “Postler” next to the church.
