Flowing dance to explore, expand, and harmonize one's own movement possibilities in a holistic way.

The focus is on the energies of movement sequences. To experience movement harmoniously, I invite you to feel it and discover the natural principles of movement: grounding, centering, breathing, movement qualities, and conscious energy management.
