100m² apartment apartment on the ground floor of our house, with 4 bedrooms for 6 persons, and very comfortable furnished.
A large living room, separate dining area, TV with digital channels, free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine etc.
We have 1 large bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 singles bed rooms. Bathroom with shower and second toilet. There is also a separate toilet with a sink.
Our house is in a nice quiet location Bad Gastein/Böckstein with a great view, and yet just a few minutes' drive to the ski lifts and the center. Free parking at the house. The ski bus is only a 2 -minute walk and can be used for free with the lift card.
A large supermarket 2 km away, and nice restaurants within walking distance.
Your dog is also welcome with us. The garden is completely fenced, which is very safe for your four-legged friend.

The cleaning costs with dog are € 90.

Description
100m² Ferienwohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmer bis zu 6 Personen im EG, gemütlich eingerichtet.
Großes Wohnzimmer mit separaten Essbereich, Sat TV, gratis Internet.
Küche voll ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler, Dunstabzug, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und auch ein Nespresso Gerät usw.
Vier Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit Etagenbett und zwei Einzelzimmer.
Badezimmer mit Dusche und zweites WC. Auch gibt es eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken.
An eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage in Bad Gastein, mit herrlicher Aussicht und nur wenige Autominuten vom Zentrum und Gondelbahn entfernt. Problemlos und gratis parken. Die (Ski)Bushaltestelle ist nur zwei Minuten laufen.
Ein großer Supermarkt 2 km entfernt, und een paar gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch Ihr Hund ist bei uns herzlich willkommen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, was für Ihren vierbeinigen Freund sehr sicher ist.

Die Reinigungskosten mit Hund betragen 90 €.
