Residenz Lothringen is the beautiful yellow building in the heart of Bad Gastein. It has a central location, with a stunning view over the town and the surrounding mountains.

The apartments can accommodate two to eight people, and are all newly renovated, with elegant modern furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and some of the apartments also have a balcony.

The is a lift in the building, and if you talk it to the top you will find a sunny terrace with a panoramic view. And you get one free parking space per apartment.

The MEX restaurant and bar are located in the building if you would like to eat out.

You have everything you need and want to see, within walking distance, supermarket, the famous Gastein waterfall, the mail lift Stubnerkogel and the Felsentherme spa are 500 meters from the apartments and the tourist office 300 meters away.

In Bad Gastein, you can go mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golfing, swimming or just relax at the spa.

Die Residenz Lothringen ist ein schönes gelbes Gebäude im Herzen von Bad Gastein.

Die Appartements bieten Platz für zwei bis acht Personen und sind alle neu renoviert, mit eleganter, moderner Einrichtung, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und teilweise mit einem Balkon.

Im Gebäude gibt es einen Aufzug, und wenn Sie mit ihm nach oben fahren, finden Sie eine sonnige Terrasse mit Panoramablick. Und Sie erhalten einen kostenlosen Parkplatz pro Wohnung.
Die Residenz ist zentral gelegen und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt und die umliegenden Berge. Das MEX-Restaurant und die Bar befinden sich im Gebäude, wenn Sie auswärts essen möchten.

Sie haben alles, was Sie brauchen und sehen wollen, zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt, der berühmte Gasteiner Wasserfall, der Postlift Stubnerkogel und die Felsentherme sind nur 500 Meter von den Appartements und das Tourismusbüro 300 Meter entfernt.

In Bad Gastein können Sie mountainbiken, wandern, klettern, golfen, schwimmen oder einfach nur in der Therme entspannen.
