Beautifully and modernly furnished 3-room apartment with its own parking space in the skiing and hiking paradise of Bad Hofgastein. The kitchen has a standard equipment: There is a stove, four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, as well as crockery, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses.
Our holiday apartment is quietly but centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Hofgastein. A wild Kirchbach runs behind the house. Shops, restaurants, Alpentherme and the Kurpark are within walking distance. The parking lot is located directly in front of the house adjacent to the shortened flat wall on the right. The Schlossalmbahn, which opened in 2018, can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and takes you to the Gastein Valley ski paradise. Ideal for beginners as well as professionals

The apartment costs from Euro 95,00 for up to 2 people. For 3 persons Euro 105,00 and for 4 persons Euro 112,00. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. In addition, a tourist tax of Euro 2.40 per person is payable.
A bed linen and towel package can be booked for Euro 20,00 per person.
The final cleaning costs Euro 60,-

Description
Schön und modern eingerichtete 3- Zimmer Wohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz im Ski- und Wanderparadies Bad Hofgastein. Die Küche verfügt über eine Standardausstattung: Es gibt einen Herd, vier Ceran Kochfeldern, eine Spülmaschine, eine Kaffemachine, einem Wasserkocher, eine Toaster, sowie Geschirr, Besteck, Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus angrenzend zu der verkürzten flachen Mauer auf der rechten Seite.
Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig aber zentral gelegen im schönen Kurort Bad Hofgastein. Ein wilder Kirchbach verläuft hinter dem Haus . Geschäfte, Gastronomie, Alpentherme und der Kurpark sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Die in 2018 eröffnete Schlossalmbahn ist in 15 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar und fährt Sie in das Skiparadies Gasteiner Tal.
