We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home, it offers family-friendly facilities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. You have the house inside and outside for your sole use. A covered Finnish sauna is now available for a surcharge of €10 per night.
It is located just outside the village.
The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80m² you will find space for max 6 people + baby crib.
We have put a lot of emphasis on tasteful and useful furnishings with a lot of comfort.

The kitchen is very well equipped.
While they may enjoy a good glass of wine, the children can end the day with the numerous games or even with the PS4 or WII.
The house is located on a quiet side street that turns into a bike path.
A bus stop and the train station are nearby.
In the house the train and the street is barely audible.
Pet-free non-smoking accommodation
In winter, the longest downhill ski run in the Eastern Alps with over 10 km in length and numerous winter sports opportunities await you not far from us.

Wir haben sehr viel Wert auf eine geschmackvolle und nützliche Einrichtung mit viel Komfort gelegt.
In case of late arrival, the key will be locked in the key box, we will send you the code for it before arrival.

Description
Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus haben wir liebevoll renoviert, es bietet eine familienfreundliche Ausstattung, aber auch für einen Urlaub mit Freunden ist es sehr gut geeignet. Sie haben das Haus innen und außen zur alleinigen Nutzung. Ab sofort steht eine überdachte finnische Sauna gegen einen Aufpreis von 10€ pro Nacht zur Verfügung.
Es liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ort.
Das Haus verfügt über 1 Stockwerk und bei einer Größe von 80m² findet sich Platz für max. 6 Personen + Babybett.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Während sie vielleicht ein gutes Glas Wein genießen, können die Kinder mit den zahlreichen Spielen oder auch mit der PS4 oder WII den Tag beenden.
Das Haus befindet sich an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße die zum Radweg übergeht.
Eine Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof sind in der Nähe.
Haustierfreie Nichtraucherunterkunft
Im Winter erwartet sie die längste Abfahrt der Ostalpen mit über 10 km Länge und zahlreichen Wintersportmöglichkeiten, nicht weit von uns entfernt.
