An ice-cold challenge for more quality of life!
From 29 to 31 of january the Ice4Life retreat will take place for the 9th time and for the fourth time in Bad Gastein.
At the heart of this "cool" event is the natural power of cold. Ice bathing activates the immune system and circulation - while at the same time building mental strength and inner calm.

Retreat fee: € 385 (excluding hotel costs)
The highlight and finale of the event is the Ice4Life Challenge on 31 january 2026 in Sportgastein.
Participants venture out in sub-zero temperatures, wearing only light clothing, on cross country skis through the winter landscape before immersing themselves in an ice bath.
Who crosses the finish line first does not matter. Everyone who takes part is a winner, doing something good for themselves and their health.

The challenge can be booked seperately, without the retreat.
For those, participating in the retreat, the challenge is included in the retreat fee.
