With great sensitivity, the unmistakable charm of the original Villa Dr. Schider was worked out and gentle luxury was embedded in an aparthotel concept. Unobtrusive and affordable.
With the best views of the Gastein mountains, right next to the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Promenade and only a charming 5-minute walk to the town center. You can take the bus comfortably, 1 minute from the hotel and 6 minutes to the gondola.
We serve regional dishes at the breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Here, in the "Gute Stube", our Community Kitchen is available to you from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For all those who don't want to run out, want to conjure up something themselves or according to our collection of excellent cooking recipes. Dishes, oils, herbs, spices - everything is there, a few fresh ingredients and off you go! Or simply enjoy what you have brought with you.
Our cozy "Auszeit" lounge with a view into the distance is available to you 24 hours a day, our bar is always open for you in the evening. A good glass of wine, a pleasant conversation or simply enjoying the moment.
In our shop "Kleiner Laden" you can buy or simply taste excellent wines, drinks and some exquisite food. If you need a stronger hair dryer, you can also borrow it there. In the small shop we are also at your disposal for general questions and suggestions.
The childrens room "Kinderstube" on the ground floor for the younger ones is available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Draw, do handicrafts, play, laugh!
With us, you can book and pay conveniently from home – no queuing at check-in or annoying waiting for the bill when you leave. Fill out the registration form at home and you will receive your room number and the code that opens all doors for you in advance, as well as practical information. If you have any questions or need your help - whether before your arrival or on site - just call or send an e-mail!

Mit viel Feingefühl wurde der unverwechselbare Charme der ursprünglichen Villa Dr. Schider herausgearbeitet und sanfter Luxus in ein Aparthotel Konzept eingebettet. Unaufdringlich und leistbar.
Mit besten Aussichten auf die Gasteiner Bergwelt, gleich bei der Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade und nur 5 Minuten charmanter Spaziergang zur Ortsmitte. Ganz gemütlich geht‘s mit dem Bus, 1 min. vom Hotel entfernt, in 6 min. zur Gondel.
Regionales servieren wir beim Frühstücksbuffet von 7:30 – 10:00 Uhr. Hier, in der Guten Stube, steht euch von 17:00 – 21:00 Uhr unsere Community Kitchen zur Verfügung. Für alle die nicht ausgehen möchten, selbst, oder nach unserer Sammlung an vorzüglichen Kochrezepten etwas zu zaubern. Geschirr, Öle, Kräuter, Gewürze – alles da, ein paar frische Zutaten und los geht’s! Oder einfach Mitgebrachtes genießen.
Unsere gemütliche Auszeit Lounge mit Blick in die Ferne steht Euch 24h zur Verfügung, unsere Bar ist immer Abends für Euch geöffnet. Ein gutes Glas Wein, dazu ein angenehmes Gespräch oder einfach den Moment genießen.
In unserem Kleinen Laden könnt ihr ausgezeichnete Weine, Getränke und einige exquisite Lebensmittel erwerben oder einfach gustieren.
Braucht ihr einen stärkeren Haarfön, könnt Ihr das auch da ausborgen. Im Kleinen Laden stehen wir euch auch gerne für allgemeine Fragen und Anregungen zur Verfügung.
Die Kinderstube im Erdgeschoss für die Jüngeren, steht euch von 9:00 – 21:00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Malen, basteln, spielen, lachen!
Bei uns bucht und bezahlt Ihr bequem von zu Hause – kein Anstellen beim Check-in oder lästiges Warten auf die Rechnung bei der Abreise. Meldezettel noch zu Hause ausfüllen und Ihr bekommt vorab schon eure Zimmernummer und den Code der Euch alle Türen öffnet sowie nützliche Informationen. Wenn‘s doch Fragen gibt oder Ihr Hilfe braucht – egal ob vor der Anreise oder auch vor Ort – einfach Anrufen oder e-mail schreiben!
