Escape the everyday routine at the House Höllbacher, where unforgettable experiences and breathtaking nature await you. Nestled in a quiet location on a hillside, enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Bad Gastein and the majestic mountains of Bad Hofgastein. This family-friendly retreat offers you the perfect starting point to explore the beauty of the surroundings.
With a variety of amenities, including a private garden that invites relaxation, and an outdoor area with garden furniture for social evenings, your stay will be a pleasure. For families, there is a children's play area and a baby changing room, ensuring the little ones feel comfortable.
Description
The Höllbacher holiday home features 6 bedrooms, three with three beds, two with two beds, and a single room, accommodating a maximum of 14 people. You will stay over 3 floors on 250 m2. The rooms are very cozy, with spacious wooden paneling and plenty of rustic charm. The bedrooms include balcony access, and 5 rooms also offer a TV - cable television. The bedrooms are further equipped with sinks.
Each floor has a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor of the house, you will find the original, cozy farmhouse parlor with hand-carved furniture. In the fully equipped kitchen, where you will feel right at home, there is a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and of course the dishes.
On the first floor, a rustic couch invites you to linger. Here, you can gather information about the area and excursion opportunities at the info point.
On the second floor, there is a large flat-screen TV and a cozy couch for many people. Here, you can comfortably watch TV or DVDs. Our holiday home is equipped with central heating to keep you warm even in low temperatures. A ski shoe room provides the opportunity to store your shoes and skis and dry your equipment.
After a wonderful day of skiing or hiking, you can relax in the new infrared cabin – for a fee.
In summer, you can enjoy the large balcony on 2 levels and a spacious covered terrace. Loungers and seating are ready for you.

You can be active all year round: whether hiking on the picturesque paths in the area or golfing at the nearby courses. In winter, the region transforms into a ski and toboggan paradise, while you can unwind at our sun terrace after a day outdoors.
