The investment in various new projects marks the beginning of a new era in Bad Gastein. The revitalization of its historical legacy is intended to lend even greater expression to Bad Gastein's uniqueness.

Within just the last few years, many new hotel and infrastructure projects have popped up that are certain to positively impact the overall appearance of Bad Gastein as well as tourism and the quality of life. Some plans have already been implemented, others still need some time. New projects

Hotel Hyde (ehemformer Hotel Savoy)

We are very excited about the project in Karl-Heinrich-Waggerl-Straße, which is currently in the final stages of planning! The Hotel Hyde is being rebuilt by Mountain Hotels. Originally, the historic Savoy was built by Comini between 1912 and 1914. In 1928/29 it was rebuilt by the Franzmair company. The Hotel Savoy has since been demolished.

Residence Silberkrug (former Villa Hollandia)
The villa, built in 1856, has been preserved in its original design to this day, but has been unoccupied for years. Soon a new hotel will be built there. We are excited!
