The darkest time of the year and its beings

The days and weeks around the winter solstice have always been considered particularly challenging. Long nights, little light, fog, cold - all of this creates in us a need for protection from ... - but from what exactly?

Which beings try to cling to us and what happens if they succeed? Could this possibly be the reason for fatigue, depression, or general apathy?
And what does the solution look like? What options do we have to emerge from this time strengthened?

The goal is to perceive the dying process of winter as transformation and to start the new year with full enthusiasm.

Sonja Humer is a certified consultant for flower essences and a teacher of meditation and energy work. Since completing her training with Penny McLean in the fields of numerology, tarot, and biographical work (fate rhythms), she has been sharing her extensive knowledge of these spiritual disciplines for several years.
