Cult Outfits. Legendary Moments. New Stories.
A cult event returns: The Ski Rally has already provided unforgettable experiences in the ski area in the 80s and 90s. As part of the Retro Festival Gastein, it will celebrate its comeback on March 20, 2027, entirely in the style of those days.
In teams of four and in authentic outfits, participants will traverse the ski area of Schlossalm and Angertal. The participating ski huts will host a variety of game stations that challenge skill, music knowledge, and historical know-how. At the big finale at 3.00 p.m. at the Salettl mountain lift, things will get exciting once more: The teams will compete for the last crucial points before the winning team of the Ski Rally is announced. The awards ceremony and aftershow party will take place starting at 5.00 p.m.
An additional rating will be given for the best retro outfit. Bright neon colors, cult ski suits, legendary accessories: The more eye-catching, the better. A jury will select the team with the most convincing look, and fantastic prizes await the winning team. The only requirement: Each participant must wear at least one accessory in the style of the 80s or 90s during the Ski Rally.
A legendary event that combines sporting activity with fun, nostalgia, and genuine retro flair.
