Information about the Event:

Among the green giants of the forest, you will practise relaxing flows and focus entirely on your breathing.

You will also learn about the health benefits of spending time in the forest on a regular basis and get a taste of forest bathing. Yoga teacher Fia Sonora will accompany you on this very special yoga experience in Angertal.

Duration: approx. 2 h
