Exclusive ascent
This is an exclusive ascent, therefore seasonal, weekly & daily tickets are not valid.

SCHEDULE
Ascent: 5.00 p.m. – 6.30 p.m.
We would like to point out that the definitely latest possible ascent for the ascent is at 6.30 p.m. As we expect a large attendance, we kindly ask you to arrive early on site.
 
Concert: 7.00 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.
Descent: after the concert ends

CATERING
 You have the opportunity to purchase snacks and drinks directly at the mountain station.
(We kindly ask you to take your trash back with you and dispose of it in one of our trash bins at the mountain station)

PARKING OPTIONS
A large parking lot as well as a parking garage (for a fee) are located directly at the valley station of the Schlossalmbahn.

Important Information

TICKET
Please come to the evening box office (directly at the valley station) to pick up your tickets.
Evening box office: open from 4:30 p.m. directly at the Schlossalmbahn valley station
Until 3:30 p.m., it is possible to pick up your ticket at the tourism information (Tauernplatz 1, next to the Alpentherme).</>Children from 6 years need their own ticket. For toddlers, please consult the spa & tourism association Bad Hofgastein in advance.

RAIN WEATHER
In the rain weather variant in the Kursaal, you have a fixed seat with the ticket (no refunds possible). The evening box office is then located directly in the Kursaal, the times remain the same.
