Mindful winter walk

Minimum number of participants: 2

On this winter walk with mindfulness and meditation trainer Ingrid Söllner, we slow down, enjoy the crisp winter air, and consciously take in the special atmosphere of the snow-covered mountain landscape.

Breathing exercises, mindful pauses, and walking meditations accompany us along the way, turning the walk into a restorative holiday experience far removed from the stresses of everyday life. The walk takes us along the Graukogel towards the Kötschachtal valley.
