SPECIAL OF OUR HUT: The Angertal is dotted with beautiful huts. A magnificent, newly built hut with traditional wood construction is the Schattbachalm owned by the Schnell family. Here, along with typical, homemade products, there is also the opportunity to stay overnight, and there are hunting opportunities on the flanks and in the cirques of the Stubnerkogel. PLACE/ SEA LEVEL Bad Hofgastein/ 1.683 m HOW YOU CAN REACH US: From the Angertal parking lot via a forest path (Waldgasthof) marking 128, it takes ca. 1 1/2 hrs. to reach the hut. Loop path: up the Stubnerkogel - Mießbichlscharte - Schattbachalm - Jungeralm - Angertal parking lot.
