Access:
You can reach the Hohenstein Hut via a approximately 3 km long mountain road. The last 50 m are unpaved.
Equipment: 5-room hut (approximately 100 m²) for 8 - 9 people

· Large living room with dining area, kitchen with 4-plate electric stove with oven, sink, masonry wood stove with cooking surface,
coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster

Miscellaneous:
The modern kitchen will make any hobby cook's heart sing. A look out the window after a restful night, and the world - or at least the Gastein Valley - is at your feet. A sunbathing area with sun loungers, garden furniture, and barbecue area offers a good opportunity to relax and unwind at the end of an eventful day. Visit the owners' inn - the Schmaranz-Bräu. Home-brewed beer, many organic products, and humane animal feed are among the specialties. “LIVING with the animals and with nature” is the motto here. In summer, you can also enjoy these products at the old “Wiedner-Alm” at 1,770 m. Self-catering hut with sauna, non-smoking, 2 pets allowed
