In collaboration with local producers, we have developed a balanced, local menu based on modern Austrian cuisine.
We place great value on sustainability & freshness and follow the "Farm-to-Table" idea.
In doing so, we source our ingredients - as much as possible - directly from local Austrian farmers & producers. This allows us to ensure that our dishes are always seasonal and extra fresh, without compromising on taste & enjoyment.
