Train Station Bad Gastein - easy access to the Felsentherme and the Stubnerkogel!
The typical train station of the k.u.k. era of the Tauernbahn is located near the valley station of the Stubnerkogelbahn.
During the opening celebrations of the Tauernbahn in September 1905, the then mayor Carl Straubinger welcomed Emperor Franz Joseph, who arrived by salon car.
All express trains stop in Bad Gastein at hourly intervals!
