Description

For experienced hikers!

This hike begins in Kötschachtal. Passing Hotel Grüner Baum, the path meanders along the steep mountainside. The sight of the Himmelwand (towering granite crags) is impressive. Numerous little “dwarves” stand alongside the path, shortening the hike up with the help of nice stories and anecdotes. Once we reach the plateau, the picturesque Poserhöhe – nestled amid forest, yet standing open and free. The views of Bad Gastein and the Stubnerkogel are glorious – promising pure enjoyment!
