This event brings together beginners and professionals from around the world to run for victory on Gasteins mountains. What is trail running?

Trail running is a type of running in which you run on routes away from paved terrain. Often in mountains or on trails in hills or forests. Almost any natural terrain is suitable for trail running. Often poles for mountain running are used for this purpose.
