The Market:Evening in Bad Hofgastein promises an Alpine culinary experience in the open air, by an open fire and in a wintery atmosphere.
The culinary outdoor event takes place on March 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2026 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hamplplatz and invites you to taste the regional cuisine in all its variety.
Regional top chefs as well as students from the Tourism School Bad Hofgastein skillfully transform traditional ingredients from the valley into creative dishes with a surprising twist. The main focus is on local ingredients. What makes the evenings so special is the presence of the artisans and refiners of taste.
