HER:izon is the forum for critically thinking, courageous women and for all who want to shape the future instead of waiting for it.
From October 8th-11th, 2026 in Bad Gastein: Keynotes, panels, workshops, and much more on topics such as female finance, visibility, money, leadership, entrepreneurship, and longevity.
HER•izon – Space for Empowerment, Innovation & Exchange
HER·izon creates space for topics that concern us today and also affect the next generation. It’s about financial self-determination, visibility, communication, and a conscious approach to AI.
In keynotes and panels, the focus is on personal and professional development, longevity, female leadership, and social change. Workshops delve deeply into practical applications. Deep dives are available on all topics. In the evenings, special formats address courage, failure, and new beginnings.
Each day starts and ends with an individually selected Body& Soul session held at various locations in Gastein.

LOCATIONS
HER·izon has no fixed stage – the whole place is the stage. The summit takes place in partner hotels, historical halls, and alpine locations throughout Bad Gastein. The paths between them are part of the program: encounters happen in motion, conversations arise along the way. We think further when we move, and new spaces bring new perspectives. We are in motion together: through Bad Gastein and with what concerns us.
