Has your child always wanted to ride a pony? Make that dream come true and visit one of the riding stables in Gastein. Your youngsters will be slowly introduced to the horses and how to handle them appropriately. After spending lots of time grooming and stroking them, it will be time to get in the saddle. First they will simply be led by the reins, then later taught using the lunge line. And it goes without saying, the stables have riding helmets available to borrow. Afterwards, feeding the horse an apple or a carrot is an absolute must, of course!
