The 16th edition of summer.jazz.in.the.city is primarily dedicated to Latin American music. Samba, bossa nova, milonga, salsa, Cubanismo, and Argentine tango will fill warm summer nights with vibrant, and at times also melancholic, sounds. Groups such as Hotel Bossa Nova, Trio Negro, Los del Barrio, and Familia de Padua, among many others, will bring musicians from Brazil, Argentina, and Cuba to our stages. We warmly invite you to join us for lively and enjoyable summer evenings and look forward to your visit – admission is free. The concerts take place in the Merangarten above the bakery, or in case of bad weather, at the Grand Hotel de l’Europe.
