A meditative encounter with the forest, guided by Susi Tack.

Hugging trees is good for the nervous system – this has been scientifically proven. On this quiet walk through the forest, we connect with the strength of the earth, the greatness of our hearts, and the bond with nature. An exercise that can support us throughout life.

Meeting point: 4.15 pm at the bus stop Grüner Baum (Bus line #555)

Duration: about 2 hours

Number of participants: min. 3 people, max. 15 people

Other: Does not take place in rainy weather.
