Who can take part at Ice4Life?

The minimum age for participation at Ice4Life is 18 years. Be aware that participation is at your own risk and a disclaimer must be signed.

How do I prepare myself?

Without preparation, braving the cold becomes hard work. Make sure you prepare well for the challenge. Ice4life is organizing (free) training days this fall, which can be found here. We recommend training with a buddy. If needed, we can refer you to instructors of the Wim Hof method, so you can train breathing, concentration and the right mindset.

How can I register?

The registration takes place via Website of Ice4Life.
After registration, you will receive from Ice4Life all information about participation.

How much does it cost to attend?

Participation in the event costs € 199,00 per person till 31.12.2023. From 1.1.2024 the ticket kosts € 250,00.

The amount will be used to organize the event, a reflection and information evening and a party evening afterwards. The organization is in the hands of a group of volunteers.

How and where do I book accommodation for the event?

Here you can directly book accommodation of your choice. Our sales team will be happy to assist and advise you with your booking.

What should I bring to the event?

In addition to your normal travel and accommodation items, you should bring sportswear and swimwear for the event. It is advisable to bring warm clothes, gloves, hats, mountain boots, etc. and for example a bathrobe and/or a good bath towel.

Are food and drinks included in the participation fee?

No, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are not included.

What is already organized and what do I have to organize myself?

Ice4Life focuses on the event, the trainings and the meetings. As a participant you are asked to provide your own equipment (suitable running shoes, cross-country skis, etc.) and accommodation.
