The camaraderie of Dorfgastein invites you to the festive inauguration of the new summit cross on the Bernkogel on August 15, 2026 with a subsequent celebration at the Peterbauer Hochalm.

On Saturday, August 15, 2026, the Kameradschaft Dorfgastein invites you to the festive inauguration of the newly erected summit cross on Bernkogel.

The inauguration will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the summit. After that, there will be a celebration at the Peterbauer Hochalm.

For the mountain mass, the ascent is planned for 7:30 a.m. from the meeting point Bernkogelbrücke in Unterberg. Visitors who wish to drive to the Peterbauer Hochalm can also start at 11:00 a.m. at the Bernkogelbrücke. A shared taxi is available.
