Experience winter in Dorfgastein with perfectly groomed pistes, modern lifts and long descents. From the local mountain Fulseck at 2,033 meters, a panorama opens up from the Großglockner to the Hohe Dachstein - ideal for skiers, snowboarders, winter hikers and ski tourers.
Operating hours
The lifts in Dorfgastein and the Grossarl Valley are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m until April 11th.
The winter hiking trail from the Fulseck summit station to the Kieserlbahn summit station is open.
The ST8 ski touring route is closed.
The snowshoe trail is closed.

Every Thursday when the descent is open, the ascent is possible from 5 pm to below the Wengeralm. The piste closure only applies from 9 pm.

Gondola dinner
At the gondola dinner, you will ride the Gipfelbahn - Fulseck through the idyllic mountain landscape at night while you are served a delicious 4-course menu.
Arrival in Dorfgastein
by car
Dorfgastein is easily accessible by car via the well-developed main road and the nearby highway! From Vienna or Munich in just a few hours! Parking spaces and charging stations for e-cars are available on site.

by public transport
Ski guests from Salzburg, Spittal an der Drau and St. Johann in Tirol travel free of charge by bus or train to Dorfgastein with a valid ski ticket.
- Free arrival - a valid ski ticket is sufficient for free travel from Salzburg.
- Local mobility - local buses connect the lifts and central points.
- Arrival by train - train station just a few minutes from the village center, easily accessible on foot, by bus or cab.
