In the heart of the Alps, Dorfgastein offers winter sports for every level: wide, perfectly groomed slopes, modern lifts and guaranteed snow up to 2,033 m above sea level. From the vantage point on the Fulseck you can enjoy the view from the Großglockner to the Dachstein. Magical winter moments guaranteed!
Away from the slopes, cozy mountain huts, winter hiking trails and activities such as paragliding or mountain carting invite you to unforgettable experiences.

Yes, the ski resort is very family-friendly . In Dorfgastein, there’s Gasti’s Snow Park, the family run, and Gasti’s Familyline. On the Großarl side, the Funslope, the snow park, and other family-friendly activities round out the skiing experience.
For non-skiers, Fulseck offers a variety of options: winter hikes, a snowshoe trail, cozy stops at mountain huts near the cable car stations, and—as part of certain packages—special experiences such as paragliding and the Early Winter Mountaincart.
The winter hiking trail from the mountain station toward the Kieserlbahn is particularly scenic.
The Dorfgastein Mountain Railways offer various events in the winter, including the “Snow Magic” evenings, ski touring evenings, the Children’s Carnival, and “Cash 4 Tricks.”
The Gondola Dinner is also part of the event program and takes place during Ladies Week. The current dates can be found in the Dorfgasteiner Bergbahnen event calendar .
