Early Morning Skiing in Gastein

Even before the day wakes up, you slip into your ski pants. The anticipation is already tingling in your belly. The gondola takes you to the summit, where you take another deep breath and enjoy the fresh morning mountain air. You check your bindings once more, let your eyes wander over the freshly prepared slopes, and then you're off! You feel the wind in your face and feel infinitely free. Experience the magic of being the first on the mountain!

For passionate skiers, there is hardly anything better than skiing into the awakening day. Early in the morning you still have the Gastein slopes almost to yourself. And when the sun sends its first rays over the mountain peaks, you are already on the slopes, making tracks in the freshly prepared snow. So the day can begin - skiing for early risers.

The meeting point is 7.15 am at the Gipfelbahn Fulseck valley station in Dorfgastein, where a guide will be waiting for you. In small groups of 6 or more, you and your guide will head up towards the summit. Afterwards, all hard-working early risers are rewarded with a hearty summit breakfast high up at 2,033 meters. And then nothing stands in the way of a wonderful day's skiing in Gastein!

Make your turns on the freshly groomed slopes - you can also do this every Wednesday from 3 January 2024 on the Schlossalm or on the Stubnerkogel. Then fortify yourself with a delicious gourmet breakfast on the sun terrace at 1,700 meters.
