Location of accommodation
The organic farm Biobauernhof Aslgut is located on the outskirts of Bad Hofgastein at an elevation of 1000 m above sea level with breathtaking views of the Gasteinertal.
The Alpentherme Gastein thermal bath and various shopping facilities are a 5-minute drive away. The ski area Angertal is within a few minutes' drive from the accommodation.
Description
Wake up and enjoy the panoramic view of Gastein’s mountainscape from the balconies of the Aslgut, in pleasant anticipation of the day ahead. All rooms have been newly renovated and lovingly decorated, featuring a comfortable bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. Some rooms have a desk and a couch which can be converted to an additional bed for a third person. In the morning, you will be welcomed with a sumptuous breakfast with homemade dairy products, jams, fresh bread and delicious hot drinks in the cosy farmhouse parlour. For larger families, we offer three holiday apartments with sizes up to 55m² and space for up to 5 persons. On request, we will be happy to provide fresh bread in the morning. Participation welcome: You are invited to join in some of the daily activities on our working farm. Watch and learn how we process milk and how we make jam and bread. Our pets "Bärli","Mimi" and "Maxi" are excited to meet you and look forward to some extra cuddle time.
Gastein in summer
Stubnerkogel, Graukogel, Schlossalm and Fulseck offer a fantastic mountain experience for all ages, featuring exciting attractions such as the suspension bridge, the viewing platform “Glocknerblick”, the “Zirbenweg” themed trail, a barefoot walk alongside the Spiegelsee, and an adventure playground with climbing tower, jumping pillow, slackline park and much more.
Gastein in winter
In winter, the combined ski area Ski Amadé offers an amazing network of lifts and perfectly groomed slopes suitable for all ability levels. Three natural toboggan runs offer variety and fun for the whole family. Off the slopes, guests can engage in ice stock sports, ice skating and winter hiking. The Gasteinertal has something for everyone to enjoy. Especially in winter the Alpentherme Gastein and the Felsentherme thermal baths are perfect to relax and unwind after an eventful day.

From Salzburg to Bad Hofgastein to roundabout South, 1 exit towards the Angertal ski centre. Cross the railway bridge and after about 1 km there is the entrance to the house on the left.
