Visitors of the trail running event
From September 6 to 8, 2024, Gastein in Salzburger Land will once again be transformed into a hotspot for trail runners from all over the world.
The adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS will attract over 1100 runners from 48 nations to Salzburger Land. Under the motto #celebratethesport, they celebrate the unique mountain world in which they run and the special community that has formed around this event.
As a spectator, you can experience this international trail race up close - whether early in the morning at the starts from 6:00 am in the Alpenarena in Bad Hofgastein or along the 100 km race routes through the impressive Gastein mountains.
Expo Area
In the start and finish area in the Alpenarena there is an Expo Area with products from adidas TERREX, adidas Eyewear, ArchMax, Leki and Intersport Fleiss.
Also 2023, the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS are initiating a big Giving Back tree planting campaign to reforest damaged forest areas in the Gastein Valley. Purchase tree seedlings in the Expo Area and support this successful campaign.

By public transport
First experience the starting signal in the Alpenarena, then cheer on the trail runners on the mountain and celebrate the finish again in the Alpenarena. Take advantage of the opportunity to travel free of charge by bus to Gastein.
This means that you can travel to and from the event free of charge by public transport in the state of Salzburg on this day.

No matter if you are a rookie and experience your very first competition at the 15K RUN with 900 meters of altitude or if you are an ultra fan and finish your racing season on the unique 60K course with 5000 meters of altitude over three Gastein peaks, the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS provide runners of all levels with an unforgettable experience.
From the very beginning, the supreme discipline is the Team Race. For a change, you don't just run for yourself, but for your team camaraderie. Three trail runners start at the same time in the morning as a relay team in the categories women, men or mixed. All teams have to cover a total distance of 100 kilometers and 7,600 meters of altitude.
