Curd cheese, Camembert or homemade noodles are processed thus to singular benefit creations and offered for tasting. Apart from starter, main course and dessert the Feinschmecker finds likewise per date a leckeren casserole, which is interpreted again by Salzburger top cooks.
Every Thursday the cards are reshuffled and new Gastein gusto pieces await you - from the local raw product to the perfected dish. Look forward to the taste of 100% regionality.

The Hausebengut mountain distillery presents its handcrafted liqueurs, noble brandies and spirits, and Gastein herbalist Heidi Huber from the herb & gourmet farm Mühlhof spoils you with homemade herbal teas and punch variations.
How the Markt:Auflauf got its name
The Markt:Auflauf has a double meaning. On the one hand, a casserole (Auflauf) of gourmets adorns the center of Bad Hofgastein on these evenings, and on the other hand, a wide variety of casseroles, a layered dish, are offered by top Salzburg chefs. The casserole is the constant in the varied cuisine of the event!
