From the accommodation, you can reach the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski lift on foot (approx. 250 meters away). The cozy holiday home invites you to spend your winter vacation or summer holidays here with your family.
We are located just a few minutes from the center of Dorfgastein, where you will find shopping opportunities as well as idyllic inns and restaurants. Despite the proximity to the village, our house is very quiet.
For relaxation and enjoyment, we recommend the nearby Gasteiner Alpentherme, which you can reach in just a few minutes by car, as well as the Felsentherme in Bad Gastein and the Gasteiner Heilstollen.
Description
Our three spacious, new holiday apartments, with up to 3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, range from 45-85m² in size and can accommodate up to 6 people. Cozy and bright seating areas invite you to gather, chat, and play during your holiday with family.
You will find excellent restaurants nearby or treat your loved ones to a home-cooked meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Let the sun shine on your face with a glass of wine on your balcony adorned with beautiful floral vines, or wind down the evening comfortably on our sun terrace.
In our well-maintained garden, there is a small playground with swings and a play area for your children. A larger public playground can be found in the village, or enjoy lovely walks and adventures on our “Alte Straße.”
Winter in Gastein
Experience skiing magic in the winter months on the slopes of Ski Amadé. Wide slopes and modern lifts characterize the family-friendly ski area of the ski link Dorfgastein-Großarltal.
After an exciting winter day, indulge in a thermal visit to the Alpentherme Gastein or the Felsentherme Gastein with relaxing massages. Experience the healing effects of radon therapy during a visit to the Gasteiner Heilstollen.
Summer in Gastein
Splash with your family on a warm summer day at the Solarbad Gastein, for which you have free access. Numerous hiking paths lead you through the beautiful Salzburg region, providing breathtaking views of an unforgettable mountain backdrop. Large mountain playgrounds with climbing routes and monster scooter rides over hill and dale bring smiles to not only the children's faces.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of the entire stay up to 7 weeks before the holiday start, there are no cancellation fees; within 49 days to 14 days, 40%; within 14 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 80% of the total arrangement price. In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or fewer persons, we charge the agreed daily rate.
