We are a travel-loving family that prefers to vacation in stylish and well-maintained apartments - that's why it is important for us to create a cozy atmosphere for you and your loved ones.
Our private accommodation is centrally located, quiet, and sunny, in close proximity to the Alpentherme Gastein and the adjacent spa park, and it offers space for up to 4 people. In 44 lovingly furnished square meters, you will find everything you need to be happy during your stay! Feel free to use our free parking during your arrival or take advantage of your public transportation journey with the free Mobility Ticket.
The shuttle service to the ski slopes conveniently starts right at our doorstep. A short walk through the adjacent spa park also opens up all the possibilities of Bad Hofgastein's activities: Whether it's a visit to the Alpentherme Gastein, the festive Kursaal, or the Advent market, enjoying a soothing yoga class, or a relaxing shopping stroll - every family member will find the perfect pastime in no time.
Additional bonus: Our lovely house caretaker Daniela will personally greet you if possible and is available by phone in urgent cases - even on site for help if you need assistance!

If you cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will apply.
After that, a cancellation fee of 50% is payable.
For cancellations made within 3 days before arrival, we have to charge 75% cancellation costs.
