Yoga in the Garden of the Naturladen

Namasté in Gastein – breathe in deeply, exhale, strengthen your body and open your heart, charge your energy and revitalize your body, mind and soul – first on the mat and then in life.

The garden of the Naturladen is enveloped in pure mountain air of the Gastein Valley. A place to connect with the elements and draw on vitality.

In case of bad weather, the event takes place in the K. H. Waggerlsaal.

Miscellaneous.: Please bring your own yoga mat or towel/lying cloth.
