At Gastein's spa-resort restaurant, ingredients are used that are produced within "Genuss Region" Austria. Culinary specialty weeks, including spring weeks highlighting seasonal vegetables and autumn weeks featuring dishes of wild game, are precisely what gourmets have been searching for. The restaurant at the Alpentherme is run as a no-smoking establishment. In summer, meals can be enjoyed in the beautiful outdoor dining area. The open-air section is also the site of a smokers' corner - and heated in winter.
