Location of the accommodation
Our house Ulrike is located close to the district Böckstein in Bad Gastein with direct access to the Elisabethpromenade, which invites you to romantic walks. Shopping facilities, restaurants as well as cafés can be reached in a few minutes on foot and the local train station is also only a 5-minute drive away. The Gasteiner Heilstollen is also 5 minutes away by car. A bus stops just a few steps in front of our house and takes you to your spa stay, as well as to Sportgastein and the rest of the towns in the Gastein Valley.
Description
Enjoy your vacation alone or with the whole family in a spacious apartment in the picture-book area of the Salzburger Land. For your individual active vacation our 60 m² large and spacious apartment for 2-4 persons is at your disposal. In the two separate bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher there is enough space for the whole family. Here, too, a south-facing balcony and a beautiful view of the Gastein mountains await you.
Winter in Gastein
The perfectly groomed slopes of the ski area invite you to make your turns in the fresh powder snow. It is quieter when cross-country skiing on the cross-country ski trail located in front of our house. After a successful winter day in the Salzburger Land you can enjoy the thermal water of the Felsen- or Alpentherme.
Summer in Gastein
In summer, walk the numerous hiking trails of Salzburger Land alone or accompanied by a hiking guide, and try your hand at biking on the challenging trails. With various musical performances, Bad Gastein goes through the summer culturally.

Lage der Unterkunft
Unser Haus Ulrike liegt naheliegend am Ortsteil Böckstein in Bad Gastein mit direktem Zugang zur Elisabethpromenade, die zu romantischen Spaziergängen einlädt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und auch der örtliche Bahnhof ist nur 5 Fahrminuten von uns entfernt. Der Gasteiner Heilstollen liegt ebenfalls 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Ein Bus hält nur wenige Schritte vor unserem Haus und bringt Sie zu Ihrem Kuraufenthalt, sowie nach Sportgastein und in die restlichen Ortschaften des Gasteinertals.

Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub alleine oder mit der ganzen Familie im großzügigen Appartement in der Bilderbuch-Gegend des Salzburger Landes. Für Ihren individuellen Aktivurlaub steht Ihnen unser 60 m² großes und geräumiges Appartement für 2-4 Personen zu Verfügung. In den zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, dem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und einer komplett ausgestatteten Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler ist genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Auch hier erwartet Sie ein Balkon in Südseite und ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Gasteiner Bergwelt.
Winter in Gastein
Die bestens präparierten Pisten des Skigebietes laden Sie dazu ein, Ihre Schwünge im frischen Pulverschnee zu ziehen. Ruhiger geht es beim Langlaufen auf der vor unserem Haus liegenden Langlaufloipe zu. Nach einem erfolgreichen Wintertag im Salzburger Land genießen Sie das Thermalwasser der Felsen- oder Alpentherme.
Sommer in Gastein
Begehen Sie im Sommer die zahlreichen Wanderwege des Salzburger Landes alleine oder begleitet mit einem Wanderführer, und versuchen Sie sich beim Biken auf den anspruchsvollen Trails. Mit verschiedenen musikalischen Darbietungen geht es in Bad Gastein kulturell durch den Sommer.
