At the Markt:Auflauf all dishes are created with expertise and a hefty portion of passion from local products. The best quality is guaranteed! At each Markt:Auflauf there is an appetizer, a main course and a sweet conclusion. To quench thirst, tea made from home-picked herbs is served - with or without a shot. It's not for nothing that the saying goes: food and drink keep body and soul together.

The concept of the event is regional through and through. Top chefs from a selection of Gastein restaurants will closely collaborate with the producers themselves: Local farmers provide high-quality ingredients, while the chefs transform them into exceptional dishes. At Markt:Auflauf, everything will be steamed, roasted, braised and boiled until everyone is satisfied and full. On each of the three dates, guests will be offered an appetizer, main course and something sweet to finish up. Instead of mulled wine, there will be teas made from herbs that were plucked personally – if desired, with a shot of the “hard stuff”. Laid-back music played by a live DJ does its part to add to the pleasant atmosphere.
