Haus Habetseder is quietly situated at the edge of a wood in Luggau, which is 3 km away from Dorfgastein and 5 km away from Bad Hofgastein.
We offer one appartement with 2 seperate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including a baking oven and a dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with equipped with both shower and WC. In both kitchen/living room and in one bedroom there is a flat screen with a cable connection. Other services are free WiFi in every room and a bakery goods service, if requested.
Hand and bath towels and bed linen are available. During their stay, they can use the Solarbad Dorfgastein free of charge.
The ski bus stop to Dorfgastein is within walking distance (200 meters) and to the other ski resorts Schlossalm and Stubnerkogel the ski bus stop on the main road is about 1000 meters away.
During winter you can use a natural toboggan run directly in front of Haus Habetseder as well as a nice trail, which leads you next to the Gasteiner Ache (a river) via snowy fields to Dorfgastein.

Our House is situated in Luggau. From Dorfgastein drive in direction of Bad Hofgastein, make a right turn after approx. 3 km. Then turn left, drive over the railroad crossing. In Luggau, follow the road up the hill to the last house on the left side.

Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Waldrand von Luggau, 3 Kilometer von Dorfgastein und 5 Kilometer von Bad Hofgastein entfernt
und bietet Ihnen 1 Appartment mit 2 getrennten Schalfzimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler, sowie Dusche und WC. Die Wohnküche sowie 1 Schlafzimmer verfügen über 1 Flachbild-Fernsehr mit Kabelanschluss. Freies WLAN im Appartement gehören zum Service sowie auch auf Wunsch ein tägliches Brötchenservice.
Hand- und Badetücher sowie Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Während ihres Aufenthaltes können sie kostenlos das Solarbad Dorfgastein nutzen.
Die Skibushaltestelle nach Dorfgastein ist fußläufig (200 Meter) erreichbar und zu den weiteren Skistationen Schlossalm und Stubnerkogel liegt die Skibushaltestelle an der Bundesstraße ca. 1000 m entfernt.
Im Winter können Sie sich auf die Natur-Rodelbahn direkt vor unserem Haus, auf einen Winterwanderweg nach Dorfgastein über die verschneiten Felder, entlang der Gasteiner Ache freuen.
In Luggau gibt es ein Gasthaus mit gutbürgerlicher Küche.
