Welcome to Haus Caterina, the apartment house in the heart of Bad Gastein!
Haus Caterina is located in the heart of Bad Gastein surrounded by over 2000 m² of garden. It has 8 fully-furnished comfortable apartments ranging from 32 m² to 85 m². Each of our apartments has a balcony with a fantastic view of the Gastein mountains! A covered carport and a lockable cupboard (with integrated ski boot heating) are provided free of charge with each apartment. WLAN is also available for free throughout the house. Our rustic Zirben-Stüberl is open for you at any time and offers plenty of space for a cosy get-together.
Our 2000 m² garden turns into a snow paradise in the winter months and offers many places – like a small arbour, many loungers and the Kaiser Franz Josef pavilion – to enjoy the summers in Bad Gastein.
The apartment house Caterina is centrally and yet quietly located. Only a few minutes' walk from shopping facilities, bus and train, ski lifts, cross-country ski runs and the thermal baths, it is the perfect starting point for sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation. You can also reach the famous Gasteiner Heilstollen and Sportgastein after only a 5-minute drive.
By the way! – Haus Caterina is a zero-emissions house and has already been nominated and awarded several times for its sustainable initiatives.

Herzlich willkommen im Haus Caterina, dem Appartementhaus im Herzen Bad Gasteins!
Hier erwartet Sie Gastfreundschaft in ruhiger Lage.
Das Appartementhaus Caterina liegt im Herzen Bad Gasteins umgeben von über 2000 m² Garten. Es verfügt über 8 voll-möblierte, gemütliche Appartements von 32 m² bis 85 m². Jedes unserer Appartements hat einen Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Gasteiner Bergwelt! Auch unser uriges Zirben-Stüberl ist jederzeit für Sie geöffnet und bietet viel Platz für ein gemütliches Zusammensein.
Pro Appartement stehen zudem ein überdachter Carport sowie ein absperrbarer Schrank (mit integrierter Skischuhheizung) kostenlos zur Verfügung. Auch WLAN ist im gesamten Haus kostenlos verfügbar.
Unser 2000 m² großer Garten verwandelt sich in den Wintermonaten in ein Schnee-Paradies und bietet in den warmen Monaten mit einer kleinen Laube, vielen Liegen und dem Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Pavillon viele Plätzchen um den Gasteiner Sommer in vollen Zügen zu genießen.
Das Appartementhaus Caterina ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Bahn, Skiliften, Loipen und der Therme entfernt, ist es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Sportbegeisterte und Erholungssuchende. Auch zum berühmten Gasteiner Heilstollen und nach Sportgastein gelangen Sie nach nur 5-minütiger Autofahrt.
Übrigens! – Das Appartementhaus Caterina ist ein Null-Emissionshaus und wurde bereits mehrfach für seine nachhaltigen Initiativen nominiert und ausgezeichnet.
