Waterfall with a drop of 341 meters in 3 levels trought the centre of Bad Gastein
The majestic Bad Gastein waterfall is one of the most impressive natural spectacles in the Gastein Valley and has inspired many painters and poets.
The Gasteiner Ache thunders down, fed by the Anlaufbach and the Naßfelder Ache in the Hohe Tauern National Park, plunging into the depths right through the town. A special highlight is the stone waterfall bridge, built in 1840 and expanded in 1927, offering breathtaking views.
The waterfall path leads directly along the waterfall to Badbruck – an unforgettable experience in the midst of nature.
Please note: The path is closed in winter!
