Accommodation location
Whether holiday camp, group journeys, school trips or family vacation – our hotel is the ideal starting point to experience exciting vacations in Bad Gastein for individual travellers. The station is only 500 metres away from the Junge Hotel and offers guests the possibility of reaching their accommodation fast and simply. People travelling by bus and car will find generous parking possibilities right outside our house. Despite its proximity to the centre, our youth hostel is very quietly located at the Alpe Adria cycling trail and thus is a welcome intermediate stop for cyclists as well.
Description
The youth hostel offers 40 three to four-bed rooms, 11 double and 2 single rooms that all come with their own bathroom and are practical and functional, but also comfortably furnished with bright wood. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet awaits you in our dining hall, allowing you to start action-packed day well strengthened. For full and half-board guests we offer local dishes after a fantastic holiday, both at noon and for dinner. In and around our house you will find a lounge, several television and video areas and the opportunity to use our volleyball court, the football pitch and the table tennis area. Our extensive garden with its well-groomed green and beautiful sun terrace invites you to stay, play and have a coffee. Bicycles can be securely stored in our lockable bicycle cellar. On request, we offer access to our well-equipped seminar area with a flipchart, a TV and a video projector. The picturesque mountain world of Bad Gastein is a welcome hideaway for developing creative and new ideas.

Whether engaging in archery, climbing the Hohe Tauern national park, experiencing the thrills on the flying fox or hiking Gastein’s high alpine trails – in Bad Gastein you will spend varied active holidays, with individual activities every day. Spa guests as well are welcome here with us in the house and will appreciate the proximity to the radon gallery.
Winter in Gastein
In winter, you will enjoy unforgettable skiing in the Stubnerkogel Angertal Schlossalm skiing area, as well as at the individual Sportgastein skiing resort and the challenging Graukogel.

Lage der Unterkunft
Ob Ferienlager, Gruppenreisen, Klassenfahrten oder Urlaub mit der Familie - für Individualreisende ist unser Hotel der ideale Ausgangspunkt um in Bad Gastein einen spannenden Urlaub zu erleben. Der Bahnhof ist nur 500 Meter vom Jungen Hotel entfernt und bietet Bahnreisenden die Möglichkeit schnell und einfach die Herberge zu erreichen. Für Bus- und Autoreisende gibt es direkt vor unserem Haus großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Jugendherberge ist sehr ruhig am Alpe-Adria Radweg gelegen und ist so auch für Radfahrer ein willkommener Zwischenstopp.
Beschreibung
Die Jugendherberge verfügt über 40 Drei- bis Vierbettzimmer, 11 Doppelzimmer und 2 Einzelzimmer, welche praktisch funktional, aber gemütlich mit hellem Holz eingerichtet und mit eigenem Badezimmer versehen sind. Morgens erwartet Sie in unseren Speisesälen ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, um gestärkt in einen actionreichen Tag zu starten. Für Voll-/ und Halbpension-Gäste bieten wir nach einem traumhaften Urlaubstag gut bürgerliche Speisen zum Mittag- und Abendessen an.
In unserem Haus finden Sie einen Aufenthaltsraum, mehrere Fernseh- und Videoräume und die Gelegenheit sich auf unserem Volleyballplatz, dem Fußballplatz und beim Tischtennisspielen einigen Matches auszuliefern. Unser weitreichender Garten mit gepflegter Grünfläche und schöner Sonnenterrase lädt zum Spielen, Verweilen und Kaffeetrinken ein. Fahrräder können in unserem verschließbaren Fahrradkeller sicher untergestellt werden.
Auf Anfrage sind wir in unserem Seminarraum mit einer Flipchart, einem Fernsehgerät, sowie einem Beamer bestens ausgestattet. Die malerische Bergwelt von Bad Gastein ist eine willkommene Abwechslung für kreative Ergüsse und neue Ideen.

Beim Bogenschießen, Klettern im Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, Nervenkitzel auf dem Flyingfox oder beim Wandern auf den Gasteiner Höhenwegen - in Bad Gastein haben Sie die Möglichkeit einen vielfältigen Aktivurlaub zu erleben.
