The.Apartment – Eintritt in die Alpentherme inkl.
Bergkristallweg 8, 5630 Bad Hofgastein
"The.Apartment" is located in the southern Bad Hofgastein. The vacation apartment is located on the upper floor and attic of our family house. A separate external staircase leads to the anteroom on the upper floor and then an internal staircase leads further to the attic. The apartment is about 60m² in size. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stove and oven. In the bathroom there is a large, floor-to-ceiling shower. In total, the apartment has 8 windows, including 3 skylights and a balcony door. All windows are equipped with electric shutters. The balcony is about 4m² including table, chairs and a parasol. From the couch or the bed, one of the numerous cable TV channels can be watched on the swiveling 40-inch FlatTV. The double bed is 1.80m x 2.00m. Bed linen, pillows and comforters are provided, as well as towels in the bathroom. A parking space directly at the house is included. The apartment is designed for 2 people, but the possibility of a 3rd person (sofa bed) would be optional at extra cost.
We have been a premium partner of the Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein since January 4th, 2023. Guests who make a booking from January 4th, 2023 will receive free access to the Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein during their stay with the Gastein Card. At the Alpentherme cash desk, the guest only pays a deposit for the access chip.

Description
"The.Apartment" liegt im südlichen Bad Hofgastein. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Ober- und Dachgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Über eine separate Außentreppe gelangt man in den Vorraum im Obergeschoss und dann über eine Innentreppe weiter ins Dachgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60m² groß. Die Küche ist augestattet mit einer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd und Backofen. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine große, bodentiefe Dusche. In Summe hat die Wohnung 8 Fenster, darunter 3 Dachflächenfenster und eine Balkontür. Sämtliche Fenster sind mit elektrischen Rollläden versehen. Der Balkon ist ca. 4m² groß inkl. Tisch, Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm. Von der Couch oder dem Bett kann auf dem schwenkbaren 40-Zoll FlatTV einer der zahlreichen Kabel-TV-Sender geschaut werden. Das Doppelbett ist 1,80m x 2,00m groß. Bettwäsche, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken werden gestellt, ebenso die Handtücher im Badezimmer. Ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist inklusive. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen konzipiert, die Möglichkeit einer 3. Person (Schlafcouch) wäre aber optional gegen Aufpreis möglich.
Seit dem 04.01.2023 sind wir Premium Partner der Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein. Gäste, welche ab dem 04.01.2023 eine Buchung tätigen, erhalten mit der Gastein Card kostenfreien Zugang zur Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein während ihres Aufenthaltes. An der Kasse der Alpentherme wird durch den Gast lediglich eine Kaution für den Zugangschip hinterlegt.
